Each and every wedding I’ve been part of, whether thats as a photographer or as just a guest, are one of a kind events. They may all share some similarities in so far as you may walk down an aisle; you’ll most likely exchange rings and a kiss to seal your vows and more often than not, take to the dance floor to share a moment surrounded by family and friends. However, the true beauty and iconic images of any wedding day, actually lay hidden in the unscripted, unexpected moments. It’s these moments which I take most satisfaction in capturing and upon reflection, it is often these forgotten parts that allow you to relive the emotions on the day through laughter and tears.
I’m a huge believer in having a good personality fit with my couples. I actually feel its one of the most important elements of wedding photography. It’s a strange concept to think that other than your partner, your photographer is probably be the person around you the most so making sure you like whoever is behind the camera as well as the images they produce, is crucial. I’ve always told my couples, never to book a photographer based on their images alone, get to know them and if having a chat over a coffee makes you feel like you’ve dragged your knuckles down a brick wall, imagine what it’d be like to have them around you all day on the best day of your life.
Can’t thank Adam enough for being part of our day! He really took the time to get to know our preferred style beforehand along with any particular moments we were looking to capture - the end photos were just fantastic and way exceeded our expectations!
On the day he made everyone feel so much at ease, capturing the whole day without anything feeling forced or unnatural. The bridal party and guests (young and old!) all felt comfortable and had such a laugh with him throughout the day - he even managed to capture fantastic photos of grumpy toddlers having a ball!
Adam has a great energy and personality, and considering he’s over 6ft he managed to blend in when needed and capture every moment in a natural and relaxed way. Not only is he such an incredibly talented photographer he’s also one of the nicest guys you can ever meet, I really can’t recommend him enough!
Huge thank you to Adam for doing our gorgeous engagement shoot and our wedding earlier this year . Adam kept us as ease from start to finish and listened to the type of photos we were after.
Adam's chilled personality made the girls feel completely comfortable with the bridal prep shoot and the guests had a great laugh with him throughout the day.
Adam has captured so many gorgeous moments from our day and we will treasure the photos forever. Fantastic photographer and all round top guy! Couldn't recommend him enough.
When planning our wedding one of my good friends recommend Adam to be our photographer after we’d seen her photos. We arranged a meeting and we just knew he was the man for the job, he is so professional yet personable and we knew we were in good hands.
He just knew what we wanted. We wanted photos that captured us, our family and friends not lots of staged pictures as my husband isn’t a fan of having his picture taken he’d rather be behind them than in them. So many clients and friends who’d been married before said how tiring the constant photographs are and this is definitely something we didn’t want. Adam was amazing and
nothing felt like a chore he made us laugh, kept the drinks flowing and even ran off to get my flip flops when my feet were crying in the Jimmy Choo’s.
So many of our guests, family and staff from the venue have commented on how fabulous Adam was and they wished more photographers were as lovely as he was. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough either, he’s got an incredible attention to detail and we are so thrilled with our pictures. Thank you so much for making our day so special, we will definitely be asking Adam to photograph us again one day soon.
